Wearability and fit of the lampworked beads with the earring components are very important to me, so I take a lot of time to create my own ear wires and custom fit the glass beads with the metal parts in the earring. My earrings are unique in every respect because I fabricate the glass beads and the metal embellishments right here in my own studio. I use Italian glass and fine metals in my lampwork beads, and all of the metal components are rendered in fine silver, sterling silver, 14 kt, 18 kt, or 14 kt gold filled.
