Welcome to Beads From Fire

Welcome to "Beads from Fire". My name is Cory Lawson, and I create original lampwork beads and fine metal jewelry. Each bead is created by adding layers of molten glass to a hand turned mandrel in a propane-oxygen flame. I love to use rare and precious metals such as gold and palladium to create magical and dynamic three dimensional textures. My heart and soul goes into each bead, and each is a true work of art.

My jewelry is unique in every respect because I fabricate the glass beads and the metal components right here in my own studio. I use Italian glass and fine metals to create jewelry for those of us who like to wear art.

My beads speak to me. And sometimes I follow their whispers and make them into jewelry. To you, dear reader, I offer loose lampwork beads and finished jewelry.
